I heart you” by Mo’s digital pencil. I flipped her to have the balloon on the left side. She was colored with my Spectrum markers. the gray is IG1, IG2, & IG3; The pink is PP1 PP2 and PP3; The ground is TN3.
The papers are from Stampin’ Up but they are retired. I have so much paper that it will be rare that you will see new stuff. The bow is seam binding that I dyed with one of my sprays. The ice cream cone is a button I got in a large pack.
I think she would make a cute birthday card too. I can’t wait to make a male version. He is called I forgot and has a flower.
