Sneak A Peek Oct kit

Love this kit that is for Oct. It will be released to the non members in a few days the members get first chance. They can be gotten at Craft-E-corner under above rubies listing.

O made a page with the papers from the kit and I used my mini Monsters cartridge for the rest. Come see the page tomorrow either here or at Above Rubies. There is lots to see over there.

Puppy Love

Made this with a grocery bag. My daughter loves to wrap things in them and when I found the scrap I thought it would make a cute base.

The puppy love and dog where cut from the sweetheart cartridge.

Grateful Card

This card was made using a few different things. The trees on the paper was embossed with a folder from Tim Holtz. The ribbon and sentiments were from Stampin Up. the yello piece of paper was from my Sept kit from Above Rubies.

This card was made out of the scraps around me at the time. I love those kind of cards.

his & hers card

I had cut this out for the scrap book page because I wasn’t sure which one I wanted on it. The Mr & Mrs won. So I made a card with this piece and the same papers from the page. Used Viva Decor for the black pearls.

Pumpkin Card

I wanted to see how the Bic Mark It markers worked. They are a cheeper way to color like the Copic markers. Copics are the high end but for some one on a budget this work pretty good.

Sept kit .... Rock On card

This card was made with the Sept kit from Above Rubies.

The skull was cut at about 2” from the Indie cartridge on Paper Layerz paper. The flowers are the rub-ons from the kit along with the ribbon, stickers and stripped paper.

Mr & Mrs page

They have been married for 3 years now. I was cleaning up and found this picture. So I had to make it into a page. This photo was used for the wedding invitations. I love how happy they look.

The paper is 8x8 for a wedding pack I got. Each of the pearls is glued on. I used a template for the swirls. The Mr & Mrs was cut on my Cricut with the sweethearts cartridge at about 3”. The flower if from an old file folder that I cut into tags and flowers.

My little hint....

I was spraying some flowers with the shimmer mist. and didn’t want to waste the over spray so I thought of how I ink the edges of my card with a sponge or the Tim Holtz tool and gave it a shot with the stuff on the mat. I love how it went on and the sparkle it created was perfect. I’m off to create some more. I love the control this gives you in where you want to sparkle.

Halloween Card

Made this with a retired Stampin Up set and a new little thing I did to get the shimmer on the strip with copper Shimmers. I’ll show you how tomorrow. I never really cared for this image i liked the saying thats why I bought it but now I really like the image and I love how it is on this card. Do you see all the sparkle? It makes it pop.

Live the life.....

Tim Holtz product is what I used to make most of this card. I love the stains and I found a new shimmers spray. It is refillable. I love how it sparkles. I will be getting more of this.

Thinking of you tree card

I used papertrey inks tree stamp set to create this card. I die cut with the spellbinders label #17. Used distress inks to color the background of the trees. Then I ran an embossing folder through my big shot pro to make the background, tied the ribbon around it with a small piece of pink tied into the knot. and mounted it on the base card stock.

Working on some projects

I am trying to enter another design team. It is for Bombshell Stamps. I love the look of there stamps. So I can’t post any of it so hopefully soon there will be some new stuff up.

Primetimers Christmas card

This is what I have planned for the Primetimers at our church to make on Nov 30th. I’m supplying everything and someone else will be doing the project with them. I will be in Hawaii.

Hi Card

The tag was made with a flourish stamp. Colored with pencils. The paper is more of stacks I had laying around. Diva Decor is the pearls.
