Horse cards...
More stuff that was half made and just needed to be finished. So here it is. I really like this mustang horse. A very nice lady mailed me some images once and I had to get the stamp. It would be a great card for a guy.

Friend card with flower
I used a rub-on from Stampin’ Up on this. It was going to be a cover to a scrapbook but I changed my mind. I cut it down for the card added some ribbon and the flower. Now I have a pretty blue card for a friend.
Hope you enjoy it. Thank you for visiting.

Gate Scene on green...
I watercolored this image a while back and found it a couple of days ago. So I put it on the green paper and mounted it on a base.
The stamp came from Our Daily Bread. I love the verses that go with it.
Merry Christmas everyone.

Recycling some stuff.......
I have been cleaning for a large Christmas dinner. Then what do I come across but some card fronts. I made one and the others were either mailed to me or were part of a card swap I was in. So a little trimming and viola, I now have four new cards to share with some friends. Love to do this. I hate to toss out hand made cards. I have even sent the cards blank inside so they can be used again. They have a letter attached of course.
Its Christmas Eve. May your be bright.

Christmas shopping, ohh what fun....
Another image I colored while I was on the ship. Doesn’t she look like she is having fun? Another Kenny K image. You can see his stuff here.
This card was left over from the ones i made with my future Daughter-in-law. It was taped together then we ran out of the sentiments so I popped her on instead. She is perfect with this background.
Merry Christmas!! It’s in 3 days hope you are ready.

Flowers for the wedding...
We are making flowers out of crepe paper folds and newspaper for the tables. They are like 18” across. We made these before I left on the cruise. Only 75 or so more to go. The wedding is Feb 29, 2012.

Home again......
So the cruise to Hawaii is done and I’m home. So glad to see my granddaughter. I missed her so much. To sleep in my own bed has been wonderful. Now I can work on holidays and wedding stuff. Life sure does speed by. I enjoyed the time I spent with my husband. Poor thing ended up sick.
The picture that has the round circle was taken through the periscope at the Arizona monument.
The picture of the man with the shell was our driver for the tour we took. He was the best driver we have ever had. He said we are family so call me cuz good looking. The shell was his “shell phone” he would blow it when we had to get back on the bus.
The Arizona was very touching to see. All those lives that were lost. The sacrifes that have been made by so many so we can have the right to do as we please. I just wish it was to honor God and others.
So now to find the time to create.......

Lets make some waves....
Another bombshell stamp. I was playing with some scrap paper that I was cutting up and she was done so this is what developed. She is colored with Copic markers. The paper is from Stampin’ Up, I’m not sure if it is current or not. The stamp sentiment is from Close to my heart.
I hope you enjoy todays post. This might be the last until I’m back and able to create again.
Happy Holidays to you all.

You are my Sunshine Card
I made the tag awhile back. The key and lock are a Sizzix die. The tag was made with a Sizzix die and old manila folders that I was going to toss.
I inked around the edges of the tag after I stamped the sunflowers on it. Then I just started layering everything until I liked it.
Last night I made it into a card with the brown and green card stock. Doodle around the edges to help them pop. I should have inked the edges on those too but ohhh well.
May your holiday season be filled with love and blessing through out. Remember to dwell on the blessings you have and not the the things you don’t. Life is about find happiness in everything. Enjoy your day.

Poinsettia Card
Ok easy card for you to make for Christmas.
I punched the green printed paper with Martha Stewart’s Lattice punch. You just line up the lines after you have started. Then I glued it down the red printed paper, this is the hardest part. I tied the sheer ribbon around the red and green paper.
I took apart the flowers from the plastic stem they came on and glue dotted them back together added the button Then placed them above the ribbon with more glue dots. I added glitter (Stickles) to the edges of the flowers on some of them. Its pretty with the sparkle.
You could add a tag or something with a sentiment but I liked it this way so I could use it for whatever during this season of peace and joy. Sometimes it nice to put a smile on someones face just because your thinking of them.
Have a wonderful day. May it be filled with Peace and Joy.
