Enjoy life

I think we all need to do this at times. We run around crazy and miss out on the happiness that is right in front of us.

I used the new embossing folders that came out in the Stampin up catalog and the stamp set too. I’m really liking the new catalog.

I thought this could be a cute card for someone who needs a hug. I had just heard from a friend that I think this is going to. She was having a bad time and so it will go out this week to brighten her day.

To the man I love.......

This is the card I made as one of the projects to get on the design team. It was funny “the man I love” kept putting in his 2 cents. So in a lot of ways he helped me to get the spot. I truely love my man.

Well I finally figured out what i wanted to do with this page.

This is my lovely daughter. She either took this photo of herself or a friend did it. I really liked how it turned out. This picture captured her in such a great way. So I figured this would say the most about her.

Military Card

Made this card using this set and this background from Our Daily Bread Designs. I love this set. It has been very inspiring to play with. The stars are from clay and then dyed with Ranger ink.

Paper Layerz by Megan Elizabeth

You NEED this paper if you have a die cutting machine. This makes your life so much easier when you want to die cut layers. It is brand new to the market. Go here to check this out All of this was made using this paper. Most of it was using 1 sheet I used the second sheet for the rock card because I wanted those colors. The little animals are over 2” and they are pins. I sprayed them with clear coat until they were like a plastic.

Todays scrap addition.....

Still working on the scraps around me. I couldn’t play all day today so this is what I got finished. The 1st card was most of the way done just didn’t like only the stars. So lucky me today my order came from http://ourdailybreaddesigns.com . I so love this set I got the flag back ground too. It was just what this card needed. I’m so happy with how this card turned out.

The second card is using some gates I cut using my Cricut. Then I didn’t know what to do because they weren’t the right size. So here is the 2nd one. The 1st one was done yesterday with all the colors. I have two more to do. We’ll see what I come up with. I just wish I would of put something behind this. I like it though.

Last 3 cards from the 4th

I made this picture on sunday. It was one of three for a birthday card my mom needed for my aunt. So I’m using them up I like how this one turned out.



This one I used clock paper so it needed this kind of sentiment. The white scroll is 2 corners welded together on my gypsy and cut with the Cricut. I cut out two and glued them together to make them stand out some. The flower brad was on clearance at flourish awhile back. The white eyelet on the side was a scrap just setting on my table. I almost through it away.

This bright card I had cut some black out from the iron cartridge and then never got to use them I have been playing with them for awhile never liking what I created. So I decided to color in the white centers. I’m very happy with how cheery it is. Can’t you see your friend smiling when she gets this. I have a die that cut out the doily. It has been another one that has been floating around.

So it was a very fun 4th for me. I cleaned a little by making 7 cards.
