Hello everyone,

Sorry I haven’t posted anything creative lately but I have been working on building my business in doTERRA Essential Oils. I have never felt as good as I have since I have started using this stuff. I have amazing energy and I’m pain free!! something that just 8 months ago I didn’t ever think would happen. So I’m trying to help my friends who have had bad things happening this last year.... cancer, kidney issues, fibermyalgia just to name a few. I have friends who are now feeling better. It turned their life around. Funny thing is I don’t even had the desire to go create because I feel so good about the help I’m giving those around me. Music Challenge at the Outlawz

I loved this challenge because music is my favorite form of entertainment. I’m not much of a TV fan. I would rather listen to music then to watch TV. I love to have music playing in my craft room when I’m creating.

Captain Frogger’s Mad Raven

Here she is the Mad Raven. Almost didn’t make it to the blog due to a very bad Sunday. I was exhausted and dehydrated.  She is from Queen Kat Design, created by Captain Frogger.  

I wanted her to stand out so I only colored her and the guitar. Then distressed around the edges and the sentiment is an epoxy sticker. The papers where just some scraps that where on my desk. drew the dash marks on the blue strip.

Something New at the Outlawz

This weeks Outlawz CAS challenge is to use something new. It can be an item, stamp, or even a new technique. I  did a new technique. I had just seen this on Gina K TV. It’s glitter embossing. You emboss your image then put glitter over that and heat emboss again. The glitter gets into the powder and stays there it doesn’t rub off. 

The 2013 is what I glitter embossed and the photos don’t do it any justice. It is very pretty. It didn’t work like she showed, boy it made a mess for me because the glitter didn’t stick like she said it would. Maybe I did something wrong. But I love how it turned out.

This is my motto for this year, to choose joy. I believe in looking on the bright side of everything. I don’t like to think that someone tries to hurt us on purpose. I experienced this last year and have had a year of God healing my heart. I choose to forgive and I choose to live in JOY again. 

Sorry but I just couldn’t get a good one of the sparkle, sorry. For those of you who are wondering what doTERRA is, it is essential oils that are 100% pure. They have change my life. I am virtually pain free now. If you want to talk please email me.

Alisha from QKD Stamps

I would like to introduce you to Alisha by Myka Jelina. She is over at the Queen Kat Designs site. 

I cut the shape with a die from Stampin’ Up. It has many layers. I used the largest for the base it just fit on the 4.25 x 5.5 card. Then the next size down for the black. The girl is cut on the second from the smallest and turned it.

Then I cut the largest one around the cut I had done to glue to the inside.
