This weeks Outlawz CAS challenge is to use something new. It can be an item, stamp, or even a new technique. I did a new technique. I had just seen this on Gina K TV. It’s glitter embossing. You emboss your image then put glitter over that and heat emboss again. The glitter gets into the powder and stays there it doesn’t rub off.
The 2013 is what I glitter embossed and the photos don’t do it any justice. It is very pretty. It didn’t work like she showed, boy it made a mess for me because the glitter didn’t stick like she said it would. Maybe I did something wrong. But I love how it turned out.
This is my motto for this year, to choose joy. I believe in looking on the bright side of everything. I don’t like to think that someone tries to hurt us on purpose. I experienced this last year and have had a year of God healing my heart. I choose to forgive and I choose to live in JOY again.
