Easter Goodie Bags

I made these for my little kids at Lake Stevens Assembly.

1. Punch a large Scallop circle
2. Score across mine is 14 scallops and 11 on the other side.
3. punch a small heart for nose and scallop oval and small oval for ears.
4. I used a small sponge dauber to make checks.
5. Glue on eyes, nose and ears.
6. I stapled the bag to the back of the head and then glue dotted the face down to the front.

He is cute and easy.
